Nestled between two mighty neighbours, Singapore and Thailand, which thrive on their tourism potential, Malaysia is often underestimated and overlooked by most travelers. Even though Malaysia, even now, may not have acquired the legendary status of its famous neighbors, it certainly offers much more to those who are willing to scratch below the surface. And for them, I created this 72 hour Kuala Lumpur Itinerary.
Scratching Below The Surface
Berjaya Times Square Mall Shopping is the favorite pastime in Kuala Lumpur, so even if you have had your fill on the fiŕst day, it is a must to visit the umpteen sprawling shopping malls spread over the city. Pay a visit to the Berjaya Times Square Mall which occupies the pride of place in Kuala Lumpur shopping scene. Not only is it one of the biggest in the world with all kinds of shops, it houses a theme park too within its walls.Aquaria KLCC & Petronas Twin Towers Next stop is Suria KLCC, which allows access to the city’s two major attractions, Aquaria KLCC and the world famous Petronas Twin Towers directly on top of it. While the Aquaria can be reached through an underground tunnel, the Twin Towers are best experienced from the observation deck. Remember to queue up early morning, as only a limited number of visitors are allowed through every day.
